After-sales Policy

You may request a return if one of the following conditions is met.

A. Within 7 days after receipt of the product, with intact product packaging, accessories, gifts and manual, and the product doesn’t have manufacturing defects, and no man-made damage, and it does not affect the secondary sale;

B. Within 7 days after receipt of the product, the customer has discovered obvious manufacturing defects without opening the package.

We have the right to reject the customer's return request in the following cases.

A. The product is defected, but didn’t ask for return on the spot at receipt of the product;

B. Exceed 7 days upon receiving the product;

C. Incomplete return of goods, packaging, accessories, gifts or manual incomplete, or man-made damage to its appearance;

D. Fail to provide legal purchase invoice or receipt, or with a forged or altered invoice or receipt;

E. Non-product quality problems caused by the collision, burning, and man-made unauthorized alteration, infiltrated with water, oil, sand, etc., quality problems due to incorrect installation or use of the product;

F. Products that are damaged due to unavoidable factors such as fire, flood, lightning strike, traffic accident and other force majeure.

If you meet one of the following conditions, you can request a replacement.

A. Within 7 days after receipt of the product, with intact product packaging, accessories, gifts and manual, and the product doesn’t have manufacturing defects, and no man-made damage, and it does not affect the secondary sale;

B. Within 15 days after receipt of the product, the customer has discovered obvious manufacturing defects without opening the package;

C. Within 15 days after receipt of the product, the product can’t be used while unpacked in accordance with the instructions or under the guidance of technical personnel, or non-man-made product quality defects;

D. Non-man-made quality problems after a replacement;

E. Defects caused by the shipment and found upon receiving the product;

F. Products received inconsistent with the description in the manual.

Safety precautions

A.Do not place the product in the mouth;

B.For children under 5, it should be played under the supervision of their parents;

C.Not waterproof designed. Do not throw in water or fire;

D.Read the manual carefully before playing.;

E.Do not open the module with force.

Battery using and charging precautions

A.Use a standard 9v battery;

B.Do not touch the plug and power switch with wet hands;

C.Do not soak the battery in water. Put it away at a cool or dry place if it stays unused for a long time;

D.Make sure the battery is stored out of children’s reach. If swallowed by accident, seek for medical assistance immediately;

E.Do not use or store the battery near heat sources, such as fire or stove;

F.Make sure the battery is correctly installed;

G.Do not throw the battery in fire or heat the battery.

Warranty

HoneyComb promises that we offer free product warranty within the warranty period, and customers don’t have to pay for maintenance cost, labor cost, parts replacement cost, test cost and back shipment cost. Customers, however, have to pay for parts exceeding its warranty period. Please contact the agent for product maintenance.
